I am looking for information on the Peter Kohl family who lived in Alvord Iowa about 1895. Peter died there March 15, 1895 but I can't find an obituary. His wife's name was Margaret (or some variation thereof) and they had at least 1 son. I found the death notice in the Rock Valley, Iowa, "Bee" but it's just a one sentance notice. Have searched all Iowa papers in Newsarchives.com but nothing! Peter's wife was my gr gr grandmother Eva's sister. I have been looking for Eva for 20+ years. Thanks!
