I don't know if any of the Koenig family subscribes to the Guideposts Magazine that is printed monthly in the U.S.,(New York)check guideposts.org, but in the September, 2006 issue, there is a wonderful article about a Dr. Harold Koenig, on page 20. From the article, I gathered that he practices at Duke Univeristy in North Carolina, U.S.A. Also, there is another wonderful Doctor in Knoxville (Farragut), TN, whose name is Dr. Thomas Koenig. He is a brillant orthopedic surgeon. I don't know how closely they are related, but with a name like "Koenig," they must be related somehow. Good luck on finding your family connections and history.
