Nicholas Koch in Pennsylvania 1737

I am looking for my ancestor, Nicholas Koch, who came from Germany on the St. Andrew Galley. He was in Pennsylvania from 1737 until the early 1750s. Where was he and what did he do??? He married Dorothea Barringer. HELP!!!
