There were two Kober lines that came to the states. One was my line by Daniel Kober, where the name changed to Cover and they settled in Maryland through Pa, before spreading across the country. The other is Frederich Kober, which stayed in Pa, then spread from there. Best bet is one of these lines are who you are looking for.
