More on Martha

Martha appears to be the (at least) 6th of at least 10 children of William Chambers. I say at least because a Thomas in the next generation seems likely to be another son but I can't find his baptism.

William appears to be the son of Jonathan Chambers bapt 4 Dec 1738 in Almondbury. Both Jonathan and WIlliam are described as shoemakers. William married Sarah Hardcastle, also of Almondbury on 17 Oct 1769. William's abode at the baptism of his first child is Birks, the same as Jonathan. His abode at the time of the 2nd child I've found was Thorpe. Both these were in Almondbury. Thereafter he was at Dogley, Kirkburton.
