Hi there,
I'm a descendant of this family as well, my great, great, great grandfather was Lewis Nutson, who was Johannes Knudsen's (John Nutson's) son. Unfortunately, my great grandfather's name is missing from the family tree listing because he was sent to Toronto at a young age.
Your research seems to be a bit off, although your names are correct. I found the official census of 1801 Census of Norway, where it indicates Johannes was 25 (therefore making him born in 1775) and his father, Knud being 59 (making him being born around 1742). Lewis Nutson was born in Essex County, Ontario around 1818 so Johannes must have left between 1801 and 1818.
If you could provide more information on Lewis Nutson and his family, that would be appreciated.
