Knudsons-Norway to Wisconsin
Posted by: Valerie Date: March 23, 2001 at 19:19:13

I'm searching for five brothers who emigrated from Norway in the 1870's. Their original names were Thore (b. 1845), Lars Kristian (b.1851), Johan Martin (b.1855), August (b.1859), and Poul Nicolai (b.1863) Larsen. I know that Thore is listed on Rock County census as TL Knudson and Poul is listed as PN Knudson. August also took on the Knudson surname. I haven't been able to find Johan or Lars, but evidence points to them using the names Martin and Christian. TL Knudson married an Anna, and they had four children: Louisa (b.1873), Albert (b.1876), Ocena (b.1878), and Marie (b. 1879). Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated.
