I'm looking for a Knox/Sanders connection ca 1820-40 in the Grannies Quarter area 9 miles north of Camden, Kershaw Co SC. They were neighbors some of whom may have moved to Pickens Co AL. There is a J S Knox listed in my Sanders ancestor's daybook in the 1850's in the Olney area of Pickens Co AL. We are looking for married names of two Sanders females,Mary and Elizabeth, daughters of James and Nancy Drakeford Sanders of SC. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
