Hi again, Olive. Lost touch with you. I have made two trips to Rowe, MA, the last in 2000. There is a Timothy (1768 - 1833)buried there with a Sarah, in the WEST CEMETERY, Rowe, MA, and there are records of KNOWLTONs in Rowe City Clerk's Office, but do not recall any quit deed.
We tried tracking the KNOWLTONs to Rhode Island (1 trip), not much luck. We did find they had been in Rowe, MA (2 trips); South New Lyme, Morgan Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio (4 trips); Roseville, (Civil War cavalry Capt. John Clark KNOWLTON (1826 - 1863) buried with 1st wife Elvira S. ELDRIDGE (1817 - 1853) buried Roseville Cem.) Warren County, Illinois (5 trips); Avon, Fulton County, Illinois (3 trips); Kansas (1 trip); Texas (2 or 3 trips every year).

My email address should be displayed, but if not it is

tlhardy@mchsi.com . Be glad to hear from you again.
