Thanks Krystal, I've gotten that far myself, but with so many John Knowlson's I'm having a hard time distinguishing which is my Christopher's father. I believe you, Debra and myself are all from the same line, as we all seem to originate from the same vacinity in England, but who the linking ancestor is, is a mystery (for now). Thanks for thinking of me, I keep my eye out for yours and Debra's line as well. I still have numerous letters to weed through and decipher from my g-g-grandfather when he went to the "homeland" back in 1852-1854. He travelled all across England and sent letters home (here in Canada) telling where he had been and whom he had visited and stayed with. There may be a gold mine right in front of me and I don't know it. I just need to find the time to look at them!
