Thank you Mr. Morris for helping document this branch of the James Knowles family. Hers a link to the Andrew Jackson Knowles Sr. family as documented by Rob Noles webmaster of this site in Georgia. William which was listed on the 1850 Conecuh Cty. Al. Census as 6 years old is not included here. It starts with George and list him as born in 1847 which should be right. William should have been born around 1844. I also pointed out to Rob that Elvira McWimley was not A.J. Senior's 2nd wife but instead was the widow of his brother Daniel that died in a civil war prison camp in 1865. They were my GG Grandparents.He hasn't had time to change it yet. He really has his hands full keeping this site up to date. I have more Info for you but I don't have time right now but I will post it here as soon as I have time.
