I have your Knorr family history figured out. Your great grandfather Johnathan - who went to Nebraska from Illinois was the son of John Frederick Knorr and Maria Anna Diehl.
JF Knorr was the son of Johann Christian Knorr Jr. and Anna Maria Bechtold. JC Knorr Jr. was the son of Johann Christian Knorr - Rev War Soldier buried at Hain's Church. He was the son of Peter Knauer of Altfeld Germany who came to Whitemarsh Twp near Philadelphia.
I have so much history! I am so pleased to see a connection...
