I have Knipp ancestors in Texas. I do not have a great deal of information. Please post a follow-up if you can add any other information. Thank you. Here is what I have:
William "Will" Knipp; b. Feb 22, 1885; d. June 1937 in Houston, TX - lived in Cameron and Corpus Christi, TX; was married to Dece Ann Culp, b. 1890.

Clifton Eugene Knipp, d. Sep 1943 (he is listed in the war veterans rolls for Milam County, TX)

Ethel Marie Knipp, b. Jul 13, 1914, d. Jul 18, 2005 in San Antonio, TX
Mabel Louise Knipp - died as an infant in Cameron, TX
Lena Estel Knipp, d. in San Antonio, TX
