Jesse C Knight was not a son of Henry Francis. He was a son of Walker's brother Francis Eppes Knight. Francis Eppes b 11 Feb 1766, d 1808 Edgecombe Co.wd 1808, pvd Aug 1808 Edgecombe Co. Estate kept together til son Henry C was 21. Gave son Jesse C lands. Jesse C m Edith Wilkinson, Henry C d 1815, served in militia Edgecombe Co and War of 1812.
