GORGES of 98 I have been seeking ancestral info for my Lewis Kniffin for sometime and could not resist replying to your message in case this may be the son of your Lewis. My Lewis Kniffin (my great great grandfather) born approx 1832 in New York, married to Jennie Bogart who was born approx 1841 in Canada. They had five sons: Henry, Ward, Lewis, Merit and Joseph.
