Hello, cousin! So you're descended from Elizabeth and Levi.I'd love to exchange info.Maybe between the two of us we can narrow things down towards identifying "our" James.I've also put together a tentative list of your Elizabeth's and my Sam's siblings, based on census records and some semi-educated guesses. If my conclusions are correct James Reed moved his family from either Washington or Frederick County, MD to Franklin county around 1810 or so.Since it is "guesswork" to a great deal, I don't want to post it on the net and have someone mistake it for researched data. Can you email me directly at [email protected] so we can compare some notes?I'm just thrilled to find another researcher in the family.I've been looking a looooonnnnggg time!
Do you by any chance know why Elizabeth and Levi would have been married at Falling Spring Presbyterian Church since most of the family seemed to have been devoted Brethren/7th Day Baptists?
