I've recently discovered that my 4-G grandmother is Sophia Knepp, born ~1798, married John Spigelmyre. All transpired in the same area - Decatur Twp of Mifflin County, which is adjacent to Beaver/West Beaver Twps of present-day Snyder County.
I would suspect that Sophia may be a daughter of the referenced George Knepp. Do any of you have information on that?
