Hi again, Tami, I use Ancestry.com (Subscription site) and www.familysearch.org to find information. I believe that Laura died between 1910 and 1915 by age of next child and Mike's wife is different. The surname spellings so often are spelled phonetically since the census taker may have had an accent and the person giving the information had an accent. This happens extremely often! How wonderful that you have found relatives in the the town you moved to! Here is more information I just found: 1920 United States Federal Census about Mike McGinley Name: Mike McGinley Home in 1920: Soldiers Grove, Crawford, Wisconsin Age: 31 years Estimated Birth Year: abt 1889 Birthplace: Wisconsin Relation to Head of House: Head Spouse's Name: Florence Father's Birth Place: Ireland Mother's Birth Place: Ireland Marital Status: Married Race: White Sex: Male Home owned: Own Able to read: Yes Able to Write: Yes Household Members: Name Age Mike McGinley 31, head, implement dealer, own store Florence McGinley 21, wife, b.
