KLOCK and ALTER

I am seeking ancestry for Nancy ALTER. According to census records of a son, she may have been born in PA or NY. Nancy was married 26 Dec 1833 to Daniel D. KLOCK at the Reformed Dutch Church in Fort Plain, Montgomery Co., NY.
They had at least two sons:
Sylvester Klock was baptised 3 Jul 1836 in the Reformed Dutch Church, Fort Plain, Minden Township, Montgomery Co., NY. According to family tradition, Sylvester owned or managed a kid glove factory in Gloversville or Johnstown, NY. It is known that he visited his brother, Levi, in Menard Co., IL in about the 1890s.
Daniel Levi Klock was born 8 April 1838 in Montgomery Co., NY.
Julia (or Julie) was a half-sister to Sylvester and Levi. She also visited Levi in IL along with Sylvesterin the 1890s. It is not know whether Julia was the child of Daniel D. Klock by a previous marriage, OR a daughter of Nancy Alter by a previous marriage.
Family history indicates that Daniel D. and Nancy Alter Klock died leaving these young children orphaned.
Any information on the Alter or Klock families of Montgomery Co., NY that could tie into this line would be sincerely appreciated.
