I am looking for information on the wife, parents, or siblings of John Adam Kline/Cline. He was born about 1774 and his children were born in Scott County, Virginia. John's name is shown both as Kline and Cline. The children I have for him are:
Abraham Cline: Jacob Cline: Adam Cline: Joseph Cline: Sarah Cline:William Cline: Mary Polly Cline: Elizabeth Cline: John Cline: Margaret Cline.
They are all said to have been born in Scott County, Virginia but were mostly married in Vevay, Switzerland County, Indiana. John Adam Kline/Cline was mentioned in court records for Switzerland County, In. in 1820. Some of these children are later found in Pike County, Illinois.
Further information on any of these children would be appreciated. My ancestory is Jacob Cline, (son of John Adam) who married Phoebe Lineback in Switzerland County, Indiana and moved to Pike County, Illinois. He is shown there in 1850 with a second wife Rachael.
