Hi Helen,
Emanuel is my gr gr grandfather, and I've been trying to locate Aaron's records as well. I didn't have his wife's name, so this helps tremendously!
Aaron Kline
b. 19 May 1858 in Snyder PA
d. 11 Jun 1944 in Santa Cruz, CA
Birth & death dates per California Death Index. I've seen other records showing his birth in 1860, but he is listed as 2 in the 1860 census and 11 in 1870, so I believe this record is more accurate.
Emanuel and Hetty were both born in Union Co, PA and migrated to OH, MI, and finally NE. You can find their census records as follows:
1860 York, Sandusky OH (Kline)
1870 Prairie Ronde, Kalamazoo MI (Kline)
1880 Red Cloud, Webster NE (Cline)
Hetty died in 1893, and Emanuel lived with his son Samuel (my gr grandfather) until his death in 1920.
