I wonder if anyone has any information on whom Constantin visited during his trip to his birthplace of Zaeckerick, Kr. Koenigsberg/NM and if he corresponded with relatives before, during, or after his trip in USA or Germany?
His mother, Marie Richnow, died in 1870 and did he have cousins there? I have only seen a photo of him taken at a studio in Berlin on Invalidstrasse it says. He is wearing a good suit in the picture and seems very pleased to be there.
Any specific information regarding this trip would be welcomed. Thank you.
Amy Uehara, (ggranddaughter of Constantin's younger brother, Emil Hermann).
