I am the "g" in the E-mail address. I am trying to ID my Step GM. She was an Amelais or Amelia Mccoy and married to one Andrew Harrison Mccoy, b. Mar 1866 in PA and married 1) to Mary A. Little. 2) was to Amelia which is where my problem is. I suspect she was from the Allentown, PA region and she was PA-Dutch. My Uncle Lawrence went into the US Army from her address in that town. I have had no luck finding her in PA or in OH. They had no children but I did meet her son in 1939-40 who was retired from the US Navy. He lived with his family in Philadelphia,PA. He had 1-2 children. Amelia stayed with both he and us at different times.(40's) His name was Edwin or Edward Kleckner. I have been unable to locate or ID Him as well as Amelia. Andrew and Amelia's marriage date is unknown but would have been after 1896, when Uncle Lawrence, the last born, appeared. Andrew was a blacksmith and Farrier, as was my Uncle and Dad, Paul. All are deceased and buried in DeRuyter, NY.
When they were alive they seemed to manage or own dairy farms and spent a lot of time in Norwich, (Chenango Co)area with Lawrence who lived and died there. I hope some of this helps. Graydon C. Mccoy of TN by way of Upper NYS. Andrew's father was Aaron Mccoy b. 1840 in Bobtown, PA. Excuse any mistakes. I hope your E-mail is current. Mac
