Cathy - noted your post with some interest. I've been trying to "clean up" some of my data. My interest stems from the many intermarriages of the Boyd/Newell/Kizziah clans. I have Thomas Addison Kizziah (born ca1825 -died Dec 25, 1912 Tuscaloosa Co., AL). Two of Thomas' brothers married Boyd sisters. Another Boyd sister married my ancestor James Newell. These were daughters of Robert Boyd, Vet of War of 1812. I did have Thomas' wives as (1) Sarah Elizabeth (--?--), (2) Nancy Williams, and (3) Nancy Cooper but don't know if (2) and (3) are same person. You state that Nancy Williams' father is Luke Williams. Although I didn't have her as one of his children, it's hard to deny her statement! Luke's daughter Martha (Williams) Snider, widowed, later married Thomas Didymus Newell, a brother of my gtgtgrandfather Robert Boyd Newell. Do you have a birthdate for Nancy (Williams) Kizziah? I only have the 1860 and 1880 census data for Luke and family. Thanks.
