Robert C Kizer b. 1898 MS Md/Regd Lafayette Co MS

I am looking for information on Robert C Kizer. He was born in 1898 in MS. Was in the 1900 and 1910 Lafayette Co MS census. In 1900 son of Willie (St John?) Kizer, in 1910 son of Willie (St John/Kizer?) Elrod. Registered for the World War I Draft in Lafayette Co MS.

A Robert Kizer and Bob Kizer are both listed in the 1923 death index. They may be the same person, as Robert was also called Bob.

Any info would be much appreciated. As there were both black and white Kizer's in the area, I will mention that he was white.
