Charlot Kitchen on 1817 Robeson Co. NC deed

Hi, I was given a copy of a deed on my ancestor Charles Williams dated 1817 from Joshua Williams. the witnesses were John Thompson and Charlot Kitchen. Would love to know anything about Charlot.
