According to my greataunt Mary Wellner(nee Kisner) Kisner Hollow is near Turbotville in Montour County, Pennsylvania and was settled by John Philip Kisner. He apparently came over from Alsace in 1732. She had nothing on his descendants that I know of. He may have been a brother to Johannes Leonard Kisner my ancestor who came over in 1754.
