I have a record of a John Allen Kisner born August 1814 but have nothing on his descendants. His father was Samuel Leonard Kisner, born 1776 in Monongalia County West Virginia, and his mother was Mary Wooget, born 1796 in Pennsylvania. I hope this helps.
