I have a copy of William's Civil War pension file.
Lucinda's maiden name was Kisner.
And in my copy of Thomas Kisner's Pension file it has several affidavits that say that his wife's name was Phidella not Philadelphia they say that court clerk misunderstood her father due to his having had a hair lip.
