Maybe.

My GG grandfather was John H. Kisner, son of Frederick Kisner, son of Frederick I. Kisner, son of Reuben Kisner (I think). Family originally from Monongalia Co. WV. It was part of Virginia back then. I don't have any info on siblings from John on back but the info I have on John is extensive. My grandmother, Rubye Kisner Hester was very attentive to details concerning family and she gave all her material to me before she passed on last year at 92. I'll be glad to compare notes.
