In Reply to: Jane, Armstrong County, born around 1800 by Kathleen Anthony of 10

I received Thomas Kiskaddon's will yesterday from Kittanning.

Thomas Kiskaden of Buffalo township, Armstrong county
Will dated, Jan. 1st 1836
Probated, April 29 1839
Executors, sons Andrew and James Kiskaden
Wittnesses, James Rayburn Jr. and Mathew Rayburn

Names sons: James, Arthur, Andrew, William, and Thomas.
Names daughters: Elizabeth, Isabella, and Mary

The daughters were all unmarried in 1836 because the will says "daughters Elizabeth, Isabella, and Mary, to have their residence and living in my house which I now occupy until they shall choose to marry or otherwise be provided for"

The testator signed his name "Thomas Kiskaden"

So no daughter "Jane" appears in the will. The daughter Elizabeth here was too young to be married to John Anthony. John Anthony's wife Elizabeth Kiskadden must be a sister to this Thomas who died 1839, or a child of one of the elder of his children maybe. Let me know your thoughts.
