Sue,

Based on surname and geography, I thought I'd ask you about the following person:

Eloise M. Kirtland (nee ??), b. Oct. 1816, in CT.
Based on the 1900 Fed Census of Westbrook, CT, she had three children, one of whom was M. Louise (Kirtland) CLARK, b. Apr 1854, m. Charles L. Clark.

Is she any relationship to the Kirtland's you mentioned?

The reason I ask is that I just came across a personal journal of a daughter of M. Louise Clark, Lula Kirtland Clark, in a small antique store in Windsor, VT. I posted a note on the Clark GenForum, but was just curious about her family.

A am no relationship to the Clark's or Kirtland's. I just thought someone might be interested in the journal.

Chuck
