OBIT-Louise S. Izzo, 101, dau of John and Elizabeth (Stevens) Kirkpatrick
Louise S. (Kirkpatrick) Izzo, 101, of Marlborough, MA died Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Franklin Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Franklin, MA, after a period of declining health. Born in Portage Lake,, ME; she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Stevens) Kirkpatrick and the wife of the late Rudolph Izzo who died in 1989. Mrs. Izzo was a homemaker who took great interest in her family. She was a member of St. Matthias Church, St. Jude's Guild, Assistant Girl Scout Leader, and a past member of the Intercolonial Club. She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth A. Kelleher and her husband Richard of Marlborough; Jean M. McGee and her husband William of Uxbridge; and Susan L. Yeaton and her husband Gerald Jr. of Marlborough; her grandchildren Diane Taralli, Maureen Laramie, Daniel McGee, Ellen Conserva, Thomas McGee, Beth Ann Zebal and James Zebal; and her 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthias Church, 400 Hemenway Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery on Wilson St in Marlborough. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the John P. Rowe Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Marlborough MA. Donations in memory of Louise may be made to either Our Dany Cancer Fund, UMass Memorial Foundation, P.O.
