I have an original postcard photograph of “Geraldine and Oren and Ellsworth Kirkham – New Middletown, IN, taken April 1908, children of John Kirkham”, which I would like to get back to family members. The postcard was mailed with a 1 cent postage stamp from New Middletown, IN, on April 20, 1908, to Mrs. Carrie Schnur, 210 Wheatland Ave., Logansport, IN. The picture shows a girl about six years old, a boy about 3 and a baby about 1.
I found the family of John and Lydia Kirkham in the 1910 census for Webster (Harrison Co.). John R. was 35, and a teacher; wife Lydia E. was 31. Geraldine E. was 8, Oren A. was 6 and Ellsworth L. was age 3. All born Indiana. In 1920, lived same place, with addition of son Orval S., b. abt 1911. In 1930, family lived in Monroe (Delaware Co.) IN.
