Fineshade Abbey was just north of the village of Blatherwycke, Northants, just to the east of the A43 from Kettering to Stamford. The house was demolished in 1955 but the stable block remains.

I am interested in the Kirkhams but also in the Rev.Charles Burton, Rector of Blatherwycke, as I am writing the history of Blatherwycke.

All information welcome - very willing to exchange data.
