I've been wanting to get more history on my mother's side of the family, her maiden name is Gwendolyn Kirkes. My Grandfather is Floyd B. Kirkes. I know he was born April 17, 1927, and he was raised by his grandparents(which I'm not sure what their names are) in Waco, TX. I do know that his father may have lived in Missouri and ran a resort of some type. If anyone has any information to share, I would be very grateful.
