I made the math fit however still puzzled by Elizabeths will she names son John ,daughters Elizabeth and Mary,both elizabeth and Mary are shown in 1712,and one in 1713 selling land of their father.Both records found online state that the women are daughters and heir apparents of Thomas kirk of Essex Co. (then Rappahannock) .I was puzzled at first I would have thought only one of these women was the heir apparent,and what about John .now I think that all three of these children must have signed off on the sale of this property, somewhere along the line .Elizabeths will is confusing,I am sure that she is the widow of Thomas who is in old Rappahannock ,and the mother of the John who married Frances ,and the daughters Elizabeth (Biddlecombe)and Mary (Willis).She names Henry Or Heinrich Lucas as executor,and guardian of son John.
