Hi,
I found your Millie on the 1920 census in Coosa, AL, with her husband. It says she was born AL and her parents were born AL. I also found her sister Effie on the 1920 census living in Coosa, AL. She is living with a Mr and Mrs Lee Blocker or Blacker and family. Effie is down as adopted daughter age 13. They have listed her as been born in AL and that her parents were born AL.
If you want a copy of the censuses let me know.
