Three Kirk brothers marry three Earnheart sisters in Stanley County NC and go to Missouri in 1852

I’m researching the part of this family that remained behind in NC.
I’m related to Elizabeth Kirk (b. 9 Feb 1827, d. 11 April 1891) who married Eli (John) Lentz on 2 Dec 1847. I’m finding interesting, but incomplete, information in the extensive and cross-indexed “Samuel Rothrock Diaries 1834-1893” Rothrock was a Lutheran minister who served a number of scattered churches and families in the area of Stanley and Rowan Counties, NC.
Here are some entries:

Indexed under Stephen Kirk:

Tues May 30 1843 Went to Jacob Earnheart’s and married Mr. Stephen Kirk to Miss Mary Earnheart.
Thursday Nov 29, 1849 In the afternoon went to Stephen Kirks and married Peter E. Fouts to Miss Rebecca Kirk. Returned home.
Thursday July 31 1851 Went in afternoon to Stephen Kirks and married Mr. Ellick M. Miller to Miss Edith Kirk. All night at Conrad Millers.

Indexed under Jacob Earnheart:

Friday Dec 5 1845 Went to the late residence of Jacob Earnheart (?Sr) deceased to preach his funeral but inclemency of the weather prevented the people from attending.
Tuesday Oct. 26 1847 Went to Jacob Earnhearts (?Jr.) and married Wiley Kirk to Susan Earnheart.
Wed. May 16 1877 Went to Ms Jacob Earnhearts and assisted in laying off her years provision. In afternoon went home.
Sun Aug 5 1877 Funeral of Jacob Earnheart Gold Hill
Thursday Dec 15 1859 Funeral of Mrs Catherine, wife of Jacob Earnheart. Burried on
the plantation.

1850 Stanley Co. Census (2 bros who married 2 sisters and 2 children living in same household)
Alexander Kirk age 20
+Emeline age 18
-Mary J age 7/12
Wiley age 22
+Susanna age 20
-James A age 1

Note: There is another Stephen Kirk, farmer, age 59 with Edith-20F, Ezra-28M, Ca?_iell_18M, Jesse-14M, Kimble-9M. I’m not sure if or how these are related to the family. There is no John Kirk listed in this census. There is no Carrol or another Stephen Kirk listed. The nearby Rowan County 1850 Census lists a John Kirk 46, Sally 41, Wm 17, Penwell 16, Mary 13, Eliza 11, Calvin 9, Elizabeth 6….again no Stephen, Mary or Carroll Kirk.

The following is a partial, probably error riddled and tentative list of the Earnheart and Kirks. I need help with corrections, dates, filling in the blanks and taking the family tree further back.

+Catherine
2. Stephen (died on way to Missouri)
+Mary Earnheart

+Emaline Earnheart

2. Edith who married Ellick Miller and stayed

1. Jacob Earnheart

2. Susanna who married Wiley Kirk

Help appreciated…hopefully this may help others.
