Dorothy (wife) age 25 b. NY Father and mother b. NY

Delmore (son) age 6 b. Oregon

Married ca 1923.

I have reason to believe that F J KIPPER is Frederick J. KIPPER son of Fred G. KIPPER and Eva L. FAIRCHILD.
