I can help,here is what I know. Emil Sr. was the son of Fredrick and Amaila LeClerc/LeClerque Kipper. I do not have much info on Fredrick but Amaila LeClerc/LeClerque Kipper (1845-1920) Her parents names where Oliver and Anna. Emil was married to Eva Schultz. My Great grandparents lost contact with Eva. (She was my grandmother's twin sister) there was rumors that she and her unnamed son disappeared in NY. If you need more info, please e-mail me.
