Searching for information regarding Fred G. Kipper born in Germany, possibly Hamburg before 1870. Immigrated around 1892 with brothers Hugo and Emil//Emile. Lived in Hampton and Newport News, Va where he owned the Newport News Cycle Co. Eventually moved to Tacoma, WA. Was still alive in 1938. May have worked as a cook or chef in a local restaurant in or around the Tacoma area. Did visit his brother Hugo in Newport News occasionally.
