Searching for info regarding Emil/Emile Kipper who married Eva Schultz. She was married previously and had a son. Not sure if the son was Emil's or not. Emil and at least 2 brothers, Hugo and Fred. All at one time lived in Hampton, VA. Emil is listed in the Old Point,VA city directory in 1898 as a painter. Emil and Hugo married twin sisters. Eva disappeared one evening after she left her job as a nurse in New York City. No knowledge of what happened to her son.
