I am trying to sort out who are the parents of John/Jan Kipp b. Feb. 12, 1745.
He married Annatje (Hannah) De Graff. Her De Graff line is known.
Not sure if John/Jan was born in New York State or Pennsylvania.
It has been suggested they had a son Barnabus Kipp b. July 3, 1763 New York State. Their other children were all born in Adams Co., PA.
A possible family is the family to which Benoni Kipp belongs. He has a brother John born Feb 1745, however, the "Settlers of the Beekman Patent" book has him married to Maria Kipp Sept. 27, 1767.
The parents of Benoni and John are Barent Kip (1711-1773) and Machtel Thomas. The parents of Barent Kip are Jan Kip (1678-1747) and Lysbet Van Kleeck.
Any thoughts, suggestions or information would be welcome.
