You can obtain a reproduction of the Kip Family book from the following bookseller:

The price is over $80 and the quality of the reproduction is poor. But, as far as I can tell, it is the only game in town for purchase.

Other sources for reference only are the Holland Society in New York and the New York Historical Society on Central Park West at West 79th Street. The latter has voluminous material on the Kip(p) family.
