I am searching for William Robert Spoore, born sometime around 1964 approximately, to William Howard Spoore and Laurene Kio, probably in Elmira, NY. He is my first cousin through my mother, Carolyn Spoore Dean Stroud. All I know of him is that his mother was killed when she was hit by a truck and her parents took baby William and raised him. Anyone who has info on William please forward this inquiry to him if at all possible. I would like very much to include more than simply his name in my family history files. Thanks,
