My name is Frank Valentine Kious fron Fayette co. WV. I knew Frank Kincaid when I was a child. He has a son by the same name living in Fayette Co. I just recently found this website and was reading the messages when I found yours. I was trying to find out more about my history and it seems that you have a lot of info.
