I am trying to find Kenneth William Kinzie...DOB 12-15-1925 Troutville or Roanoke, VIRGINIA..
He is still alive from what little information I have found. He would now be 76. He has not been seen for many, many years by family. He has sisters, and a grandson who want very much to find him and talk with him. When he was younger, he was a farmer..I think moved around picking apples...etc... I am his neice.
He may be in VA...I have tried all the ways I know to find him...and can not find a listing...I don't know is he lives on his own or may be in a nursing home..? When I called Social Security I was finally told that he is alive..and recieves a monthly benefit...but they refused to even tell me what state he is in...
Years ago..he was called.."Billy"
