Thanks so much for the information in the Henry Kinzer will.....if you wouldn't mind, I'd love to have a copy of that will myself........but if you don't want to share it, that's okay too......just the fact you have it and shared a portion is enough to know where the name Henry came from.
I was beginning to think other researchers just pulled his name from a hat!
No, I do not know Henry's wifes name......in fact until you posted this information, I wasn't sure of Henry's name.
My ancestor is of course Margaret Kinzer who married Frederick W. Slaymaker. I have been trying to locate a possible date of date and burial place for the couple but to no avail. All I know for sure is that they do not seem to appear on the censuses of 1860 and beyond so would appear they both died prior to 1860 but after 1850.
Found a couple of their grandchildren buried in the Marsh Burial ground......but that's not surprising as their son William married a Marsh. This was my great great grandparents.
Have not located any of their other children's burial places either and am pretty sure son Henry also died in Harrison Co., IN.
Thanks again for your reply.
