Dear Tom,
To say that your message caught me by surprise would be an understatement as my husband's name is also Tom Kintz!!!
My husband is your cousin. My husband, Thomas Bradley Kintz, is a son of Charles Richard Kintz...who was a son of Paul Augustus Kintz, your uncle.
We live in Atlantis, Florida along with many, many members of descendants of
Paul A. Kintz. Grandma Dode (Dolores) still lives here. She will be 95 this March. Tom's Dad "Chuck" lives here with his wife and youngest son, Justin. Chuck's brother, Jim, and his wife Sara Ann live here...Chuck's sister Joan lives here seasonally with her husband Dick Spittler...Chuck's brother, Bob passed away in 1998...his wife Barbara still lives here...Chuck and his first wife, Barbara, had 4 kids...my husband, Tom, and Sharon, David and Steven. All live in Atlantis with their spouses and kids except Sharon who lives in Deland, Florida. Chuck had a son with his second wife, Jan, and they live here. Jim has 5 kids who all live in Atlantis. Joan and Dick's kids are spread out btwn Ohio and Florida. Bob and Barbara's 2 children, Kelly and Kurt, live within minutes of Atlantis with their families...
I am attempting to compile a detailed family tree but have been unsuccessful as no one has any real information about the Kintz ancestors after listing Paul's parents. Grandma Dode has no info and the children of Paul only have his parents' names and his Mother's parents names. I would love to be able to gather more information for them and organize the details for the family members...this is such a gift for our descendants!!!
Tom and I have 2 daughters and I want to provide them with a legacy and wealth of knowledge regarding where they come from...
Any and all information you have would be wonderful!!!
